iBreed Systems offer free support. This is available while the software is being evaluated and when it has been purchased. iBreed also welcome suggestions for enhancements and additional features within the system - these are generally included free-of-charge in later versions.

For help with problems arising from the iBreed Pedigree and Livestock Management System you will need to supply the following information:

1. Your Name, User Code and Activation Key (from the Registration Screen).
2. The Version of the system you are using (from the splash screen or Help About).
3. The operating system you are using (Windows ??).
4. A telephone number where you may be contacted.
5. An exact description of the problem you are experiencing.
6. An exact description of what you were doing when the problem arose (if applicable).
